I am such a sucker for a flow-y maxi dress. This one from Free People is no exception. I cannot wait until it is a bit warmer out and I can wear it sans this leather jacket... as much as I love this little baby.

I saw this dress at Buffalo Exchange the other day and just could not resist purchasing it. I am daisy-obsessed so naturally I was drawn to this piece. Also it has actually been warm enough in NYC to wear dresses sans tights! This makes me so happy, I cannot even tell you. Anyway, I rocked this retro look with these round sunnies. My favorite kind. Cannot wait to wear looks like this all summer long!

So sad that I am not attending the Coachella festivities this year, however I decided to bring the style here to the city! New York has been beautiful these days and I cannot be more excited! The sun is out and that alone makes me smile. Anyway, this look features pieces from forever 21 that I will be rocking all summer long. I am a sucker for a cheeky graphic tee!

Flower Picking

- Every week I head to my local bodega to pick out fresh flowers for the apartment. It's a nice ritual that always brightens up my day and continues to brighten my week. I typically always pick something in a shade of pink. Roses preferably. Anyway, I couldn't help but photograph these flowers with this beautiful dress from Shop Sosie. I'm a sucker for the little white dress. Always have been!

Prepping for an
evening party is never complete without a fragrance to set the mood for the
night’s festivities. Here I wanted to share with you all one of my new favorite
scents, Vera Wang Be Jeweled Rouge. I remember way back when, Vera Wang Princess used to be
my go-to scent, and now years later I have found my new fragrance. The scent is
so feminine, sweet and flirty. No Surprise why I fell in love, I am a true girly
girl at heart!
Anyway, before going
out for a party, I love to set the mood by surrounding myself with nothing but
beautiful things. Flowers , candles, pretty music and now Vera Wang Be Jeweled Rouge. If you
are quite feminine like me, you will love this scent!

Channeling Spring

Okay so it's spring. Where is the sunshine and warmth, NYC?! Since it is clearly not appropriate for cut-offs and crop-tops, I channeled a bit of spring by wearing florals in my outfit. Groundbreaking, I know haha. I will never get sick of florals though, ever. I am always cheery and happy when I put a floral dress on, no matter what.

Spring Staples

Don't even get me started on how obsessed I am with these Paige Denim overalls! I own the skinnies AND the shortalls version because I am that smitten. For now it is definitely not quite shorts weather in NYC yet, but soon enough it will be, because it is April! I cannot believe it is already April 1st. Time has really flown by this year. Anyway, I paired these overalls with stripes because for that classic look I love.
